The supercharger is bigger than several of the engines elsewhere on this list. Enthusiasts got excited, then collectively decided 700-plus horsepower was too obvious — and Speeed argues the reversal. It forced every other manufacturer's hand, which is why 800hp M5s exist. Speeed tried to buy one as a joke and couldn't afford it.
